Fall Fest & Block Party in Downtown Coatesville, Oct. 26

Coatesville Youth Initiative (CYI) and Equity Health Center (EHC) welcome the Coatesville community to the Fall Fest & Block Party in downtown Coatesville on Saturday, October 26 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. CYI’s Fall Fest takes place at Victor Abdala Sr. Memorial Park at 851 Olive Street, while EHC’s Block Party will be happening a short walk away on Chester Avenue and the Brandywine Center lots. Harmony Street will be closed between 8th Avenue and Star Alley to ease the walk. (Rain date is Thursday, October 31, after school.)

“Fall Fest is an incredible celebration of fall, family, and community!” says Jarvis Berry, Executive Director, Coatesville Youth Initiative. “All are welcome to join us as we come together – not just to enjoy amazing fall activities and experiences – but to embrace the spirit of family, community and connection that makes this festival so special. Whether you come for the games, food, pumpkins, or the memories, we know that people will leave feeling inspired and uplifted during this incredible day!”

“We’re looking forward to seeing some new faces at the block party and are grateful to all the health and service providers in the community who are equally excited about getting to meet and hang out with neighbors, in addition to providing valuable health information.” says Moira Gassenmeyer, Integrated Health Director, The Alliance for Health Equity. “This is a great chance for us to raise awareness about the exceptional network of providers associated with the Equity Health Center, while making healthcare more accessible and approachable.”
