EAST MARLBOROUGH—Unionville continued to ride the wave of momentum from Thursday’s 13-10 Ches-Mont League win over West Chester East, with another huge effort on Saturday against Patterson Mill from Bel Air, Maryland, scoring an 11-10 overtime win.

Kris Abens continued her torrid scoring run by netting four goals including the game winner on a great pass from Kelly Close (2 goals, assist) to lead the way for the Indians.

Unionville (6-2-1 overall, 3-2 league) held a 7-5 lead at the intermission, before watching the Huskies knot the game late in the second half, setting the stage for Abens’ heroics.
