Coats, hats, gloves needed for local families in need

Are you ready to Clean out your Closets? Do you want to Help out a Great Cause?

Then don’t forget the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District Community Coat Drive, which kicks off this week and runs through November.

On Saturday December 17th, along with the Bike Drive, UCFSD Community Service gives away gently used warm coats, fleece jackets, hats, mittens/gloves and snow pants to local families in need.  Donated items can be dropped off in the lobbies of any of the UCF district schools until Thursday 12/15.  Items should be clean and in good condition. All styles and sizes are needed.  New items are also gladly accepted!

Volunteers are needed to pick-up coats from the various schools during the drive, and to set up and assist families with selections on 12/17.
If you would like to help out with the Coat Drive please contact Ann Ferentinos ( Ann.Ferentinos@comcast.net or call  610-558-0965).

Let your friends, families, church organizations and neighbors know about this event ! They can be a great source of donations.
