Lynn Louise Jamieson

Lynn Louise Jamieson, 65, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed peacefully at home with her daughters by her side on February 22, 2021 at 7:33am.

Lynn was born in Kennett Square, PA on April 28, 1955 to Barbara and Jerry Donohoe. She was a graduate of Kennett Square High School, class of ’73. She went on to earn a B.S. in Health and Phys. Ed. at West Chester State College, class of ’77, and was a member of Delta Zeta. Lynn dedicated much of her life to working with those with special needs. She was Director of Program Services at Hi-Hope Center of Lawrenceville beginning in 1988. Later she went on to be the owner operator of Abuse-A-Bug pest control until her retirement in 2017. She was a passionate innovator in her fields of work. Lynn was a devoted Grammy, loving mother, dedicated aunt, special friend to all she met, and a truly creative, loving soul. Lynn was predeceased by her mother and father, Jerry and Barbara Donohoe, partner Ralph Wheelus, sister, Charlene Matheson, and father of her children Bob Jamieson. Lynn is survived by her brother Patrick of Mt. City, TN, daughters, Kelly (Dennie) Martin of Toccoa, GA, Katherine (Jon) Rosen of Jefferson, GA, grandchildren Emmitt, Taylor Marie, and Ryleigh Rosen, and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held March 6th from 2-4pm at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Lawrenceville. The family asks that donations be made to Hi-Hope Center and the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
