October is here and it (finally) feels like fall! As much as I love summertime, this season is, by far, my favorite. Reading a good book in front of a roaring fire, making chili and watching football, or going to a fox hunt (perks of living in Unionville), autumn is a welcome change I’m ready for.
I’ve packed my Super Six with some really fun, must-have stuff.
- L’Oreal Ever Pure Sulfate Free shampoo and Repair Remedy Mask – I am super abusive to my hair. I color it, flat iron it, pull it into a ponytail…all of which cause damage. Therefore, I am always on the search for products to improve the condition of my poor, distressed locks. This stuff is AMAZING. I use the mask at least three times per week and the difference in the texture of my hair is impressive. Plus, you can pick it up at the drugstore or supermarket. Easy and affordable.
- Statement Earrings at No.109 – Every woman should have a piece of jewelry (or two) that makes a statement. Great accessories can elevate the simplest outfit into something special. These earrings are like little pieces of art. Guaranteed to spark a conversation. Put down the pearl studs (yawn) and grab a pair for yourself. 109 W. State Street, Kennett Square.
- Kindred Oil Skincare System – If you have not tried a oil cleansing system for your skincare, you don’t know what you’re missing. Made of certified, organic, food-grade oils in handmade batches, this product line will revolutionize the way you clean your face. I am obsessed with Nightly Nourish, a soothing oil containing shea, evening primrose, coconut, grape seed, and arnica oils. It smells incredible and, even better, replenishes the moisture in my skin. Because my face tends to be dry, I use this product in the morning, as well. Available at Houppette 101 W.State Street, Kennett Square.
- Free People Lock Lomand Sweater – I am still a fan of the off the shoulder trend for fall. This black version is casual enough to pair with denim, or can be dressed up with faux leather pants. Perfect. www.freepeople.com
- Target Faux Ostrich throw – As much as I adore the new fall fashions, I am just as thrilled to decorate my house for the season, too. This throw adds a little bit of luxury to your same old boring couch. Target has the best decor items to spruce up your space for very little money. www.target.com
- Handmade Chunky Infinity Scarves from Crafty Nicole – The easiest way to transition your wardrobe from summer to fall is to throw on a scarf. These hand knit beauties will keep you warm and add texture and a pop of color to your outfit. Win win! I have one in cream and have not had it off all weekend. Makes a GREAT gift! Only $25 plus tax and shipping. Order yours at Crafty Nicole on Facebook or Instagram.
There you have it! As always, please share your favorite things in the Comment section.
