CVIM gets 4 star rating from Charity Navigator

Community Volunteers in Medicine Receives 4-Star Charity NavigatorWEST CHESTER — Community Volunteers in Medicine’s (CVIM) strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency have earned it a 4 star rating from Charity Navigator, America’s largest independent charity evaluator with a perfect score of 100. This is the fourth consecutive time that CVIM has earned this top distinction.

Receiving this exceptional designation indicates that CVIM adheres to good governance and other best-practices in consistently executing its mission in a fiscally responsible way. “Many donors rely on the Charity Navigator rating system to determine which nonprofits to support, and its assessments of management, transparency and follow-through provide a valuable tool in helping them make their decisions about giving,” said Maureen Tomoschuk, President and CEO of CVIM. “This four-star rating is important in helping us raise the funds to continue our mission of providing healthcare, hope and healing to those in need in our community.”
