KENNETT SQUARE – The Kennett Colts competing in the Junior American Legion Baseball Association finished the regular season with a 21 (W) – 4 (L) record, going 5 (W) – 0 (L) in the playoffs (defeating Coatesville 1-0, Concord 3-2, Conestoga 8-6, West Chester 6-5, & Westtown 4-0) and earning a Chester County League Championship.
The American Legion Baseball League is an all wood bat league that encompasses the best players from the Chester County area High Schools.
The League Championship win qualifies the Colts to participate in the Regional playoffs starting on July 25th in Boyertown, PA.
