After discovering two golf bags lying in the parking lot of the Goshen Valley Condominiums in the 3300 block of Valley Drive in East Goshen on Tuesday, May 13, an officer with the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department swung into recovery mode, seeking the owner.
