IMG_2565The Chester County Department of Emergency Services is warning that Monday’s snow will be followed by a severe cold snap; wind chills Monday night are predicted to reach 6 below zero.

Emergency officials want to remind residents to bundle up outside, remember to  check on the elderly, and use caution when using carbon-monoxide-producing devices such as generators, and gas or charcoal grills, a county news release said.
