Music, food, fun, polo and $2 per ticket goes to the UCF Education Foundation, May 31
NEW GARDEN — Imagine music, fine foods, including authentic southern BBQ, locally crafted wine and beer — and world class polo, too — all under the stars: Friday Night Under The Stars.
Not sold yet? Well, how about the fact that $1 from every admission was going to the Unionville-Chadds Ford Education Foundation — and as a special kickoff, this Friday night, May 31, $2 from every admission will be donated to the Education Foundation and there will be a very special teaser preview of the FoundationFest spectacular: Broadway on The Brandywine?
While this Friday night’s kickoff event is chock full of excitement, each and every Friday night all summer will be filled with polo, music, great food and fun for the whole family, as part of the new Friday Night Under The Stars series at the Brandywine Polo Club in Toughkenamon.
This summer, you can spend one (or all) of your Friday nights at the Brandywine Polo Club with WXPN listening to an eclectic mix of the region’s hottest bands and watching live polo matches featuring local and international players. Guests can pack their own picnic baskets or purchase delicious eats on site from Carolina Pit Stop Southern Bar-B-Que. Every week will feature the Galer Estate Winery and Twin
Lakes Brewing Co. selling wine by the glass/bottle and award-winning regional craft brews.
Gates open at 5:00pm and intra-club matches begin at 5:30 p.m. Music starts at 7:30 p.m. Last call for wine and beer purchases will be between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Single concert tickets are $20 online and $25 at the gate, and season passes can be purchased online for $100 per person.
Presenting partners include Chester County Visitor Bureau, Citadel Bank, Philly Style Magazine, Social Ladder, WXPN, Out and About Magazine, Upcoming Events, Thebrandywine.com, Brandywine Polo, YUBpr and many more.
