EAST MARLBOROUGH — Unionville High School ranked third in the state of Pennsylvania in scores for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), the school’s principal Paula Masanari announced this week.

Unionville improved to third from its eighth-place standing in 2011 out some 600 high schools in the state.

“We are elated about this latest indication that our students are learning and growing at an exceptional rate,” Masanari said in a prepared statement.
